The 2024 State and Local Government Workforce Survey is open, and we encourage our members to weigh in on the subjects that are currently top-of-mind for you and your public sector HR peers.
Every year since 2009, the Public Sector HR Association® (PSHRA) has partnered with MissionSquare Research Institute and the National Association of State Personnel Executives to conduct a survey of state and local government human resource managers.
Focused on recruitment, retention, benefits and other topics such as flexible work arrangements; technology; diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives; and retirement readiness, this annual poll aims to provide insight into the issues that are most pressing to public sector HR leaders.
This survey is a critical piece of the PSHRA research agenda, and the data we glean is invaluable to us as an organization, and to you as PSHRA members. Please take a few minutes to take the survey!
