Brian Haggerty is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 20 years of compensation and classification expertise in both private and public sector organizations and has broad experience with both point factoring and market-based job analysis. He possesses a Masters of HR Management, has taught graduate level classes in HR Management, Benefits and Compensation, and HR Change Management at several different universities including University of Denver and University of California, Berkeley. He has served as the Colorado Chapter President, PSHRA Western Region President, and recently finished his three-year term on the PSHRA Executive Council. Mr. Haggerty has assisted many organizations with developing compensation policies and practices, developing spot award and short-term incentive programs, and helping organizations build HR Metrics and Analytics to help HR become better partners with their organizations.
