Allison LeMay, MPA, PSHRA-CP

As a senior manager with MGO’s state and local government advisory practice, Allison LeMay provides guidance and practical solutions for public entities in context of changing workforce demographics, geographic constraints and budget limitations. Allison is passionate about helping entities effectively develop, manage and engage their employees to best meet organization-wide goals and objectives. She has been involved with PSHRA since 2017, previously serving as an at-large board member and secretary for the Central Region Board. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to continue to support the Central Region chapters as the PSHRA Central Advisory Committee Chair.
