Job Description
The City of Indian Wells is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking human resources professional to serve as its next Human Resources Manager. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the City’s human resources function, lead modernization efforts and help shape how the organization supports and develops its employees.
Reporting to the Assistant City Manager, the Human Resources Manager will oversee the full range of Citywide HR programs, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, labor relations and policy development. The Manager will also play an important role in strengthening employee development and advancing an organizational culture centered on accountability, collaboration and public service.
This role is well suited for an approachable leader who brings broad local government experience and is ready to take the next step into management.
