Congratulations to the Recipients of the 2017 IPMA-HR Awards

Pan Suk Kim, IPMA-SCP, was given the Warner W. Stockberger Award. Pan is the Minister of the Ministry of Personnel Management in South Korea and a former professor at Yonsei University in South Korea with the Department of Global Public Administration.

Cheryl Cepelak, IPMA-SCP, was awarded Honorary Life Membership. Cheryl is deputy commissioner for the State of CT Department of Correction. She has worked in the human resources field for over 29 years.

Richard Dukellis, IPMA-SCP, was also awarded Honorary Life Membership. Rich is the human resources manager for the City of Murrieta, California and has over 32 years of public service as a public sector human resource leader, including serving as IPMA-HR president in 2013.
