Recent data suggests that the public sector is embracing artificial intelligence.

For example, a new MissionSquare Research Institute survey found more than half of 2,000 state and local government employees saying that AI has improved their productivity and the quality of their work.

As agencies grapple with how to best harness AI’s capabilities while managing its risks, PSHRA Annual Conference 2025’s concurrent session schedule offers a handful of presentations designed to help public sector HR leaders gain a better understanding of how the technology can make life easier for them, their teams and their agency’s employees.

(Registration for PSHRA25 is open now through Sept. 15, 2025.)
