Kimberly Meismer, PSHRA-SCP

Kimberly Meismer serves as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Kerrville, Texas, with more than 36 years of experience in human resources, including more than 27 years in the public sector. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Columbia Southern University and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.

In 2016, Kimberly earned the prestigious IPMA-SCP professional certification, further solidifying her expertise. Since then, she has actively contributed to advancing the field through her service on the Certification Advisory Board, Fellowship Committee, and Publications Committee.
