Shawn Aulgur joined the City of Raymore in October 2013 and currently serves as the HR Director. Prior to Raymore, Shawn worked for an accessibility lift manufacturer for 25 years.
Shawn has several years of experience volunteering her time to IPMA. She has served on the GKC IPMA-HR board as Program Chair, President Elect, and President. Most recently Shawn served as the Treasurer for Central Region IPMA. Shawn currently serves as the Vice President of the Missouri PRIMA chapter and is a board member for Midwest Public Risk.
In her free time, Shawn and her husband enjoy weekends at the lake house.
