Job Description
The County of Marin seeks a Senior Employee and Labor Relations Analyst to provide complex advice and services to County departments. This position works closely with department management in the interpretation and application of personnel policies and regulations, advises on HR procedures and practices, and performs analytical studies and projects.
Job Requirements
Are you an experienced Human Resources professional with strong knowledge of employment best practices and employment laws, employee performance management and labor relations? Do you have strong analytical, research, and project management skills and demonstrate a solution-oriented and exceptional customer service orientation? Do you have effective communication and interpersonal skills and possess the ability to work collaboratively with others at all levels of an organization, including high-level managers, employee representatives and external partners? Our ideal candidate possesses an ability to exercise responsibility, initiative, ingenuity, and independent analysis and judgment.
