The County of Marin is seeking a dynamic Employee Relations Manager to help lead and evolve our employee relations function at a pivotal moment of growth and innovation.  Reporting directly to the Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) Director, this newly created leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape how we support our workforce, strengthen organizational culture, and partner with leadership across the County.
